摘 要:为探讨镉暴露对大泷六线鱼(Hexagrammos otakii)神经、内分泌活动的毒性效应及氧化应激效应,测定了对照组(镉浓度:0)和不同镉浓度(0.2、2.5、10.0μg·L^(-1))暴露12 d和24 d时大泷六线鱼神经系统中脑乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)和内分泌系统中血清皮质醇(Cor)含量,同时检测了其血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等抗氧化指标。结果显示:1)镉暴露对大泷六线鱼神经系统和内分泌系统具有明显的毒性作用,镉暴露12 d和24 d时各处理组AchE活性和Cor含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)镉暴露可以提高大泷六线鱼血清SOD、CAT和GST活性以及MDA含量,但作用的时间不完全一致:GST活性镉暴露12 d时各处理组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),然后各处理组GST活性逐渐下降,至24 d时0.2与10.0μg·L^(-1)组GST活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05);暴露24 d时各处理组SOD和CAT活性以及MDA含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,急性镉暴露可以对大泷六线鱼神经系统和内分泌系统产生毒害作用并引起其氧化应激反应,GST酶抗氧化功能在镉暴露24 d后下降,造成MDA的积累,镉暴露对大泷六线鱼的毒性作用没有明显的浓度效应。研究结果可为大泷六线鱼镉风险评价提供依据,并为开展海洋环境监测评价与渔业资源保护提供参考。Cadmium(Cd)is a heavy metal element and has strong accumulation for organisms.The accumulation of cadmium in vivo can cause serious toxic effects on various physiological functions.The toxicity of cadmium is also related to the production of abundant reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cells,causing oxidative damage.Hexagrammos otakii is a common reef fish in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea,with high economic and ecological value.It is often used as a target organism in the investigation and evaluation of cadmium pollution in sea areas.The fish were cultured in seawater at three Cd^(2+) concentrations(0.2,2.5,10.0μg·L^(-1))for 12,24 d,and 0μg·L^(-1) Cd^(2+) concerctration was considered as blank control.After the breeding experiment,acetylcholinesterase(AchE)activities in the brain and cortisol contents in the serum were investigated to explore the effects of cadmium exposure on neural and endocrine systems of the fish;meanwhile,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities,catalase(CAT)activities,glutathione s transferase(GST)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in the serum were investigated to explore the effects of cadmium exposure on oxidative stress response of the fish.The results showed that:1)Cd exposure showed obvious toxicity on the neural and endocrine systems of H.otakii,when exposed for 12 h and 24 h,the AchE activities and Cor content in all treatment groups were significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05).2)Cd exposure could increase the SOD,CAT,GST activities and MDA content of H.otakii,but the effect time was different;when exposed for 12 h,GST activities of all treatment groups were significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05),then GST activities of treatment groups decreased gradually,at 24 h,GST activities of 0.2,10.0μg·L^(-1) groups were significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05);when exposed for 24 h,SOD,CAT activities and MDA content of all treatment groups were significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The results also indicated that acute Cd exposure co
