摘 要:新媒体时代,“00后”高职学生的心理健康面临新的挑战,网络依赖、信息焦虑、虚拟社交依赖等新型心理问题的出现,给“00后”高职学生带来了诸多困扰。针对“00后”高职学生特点有效开展心理健康教育尤为重要。文章运用文献研究、实践研究等方法,分析新媒体时代“00后”高职学生的心理健康现状及心理健康教育存在的问题,提出:一要创新教育内容与方法,融入新媒体元素,二要深化教学资源整合与师资建设,提升教育质量,三要完善运行机制,优化心理健康教育模式,四要强化心理健康主题教育,提升“00后”高职学生综合素养,以期为“00后”高职学生心理健康教育提供有益参考。In the era of new media,the mental health of"post-0Os"vocational college students is facing new challenges.The emergence of new psychological problems such as internet dependence,information anxiety,and virtual social dependence has brought many troubles to"post-0os"vocational college students.It is particularly important to effectively carry out mental health education for vocational college students born after 2000 based on their characteristics.The article uses literature research,practical research and other methods to analyze the current situation of mental health of"post-0Os"vocational college students in the era of new media and the problems existing in mental health education.It proposes:firstly,to innovate educational content and methods,integrate new media elements;secondly,to deepen the integration of teaching resources and teacher construction,improve the quality of education;thirdly,to improve the operating mechanism and optimize the mental health education model;fourthly,to strengthen the theme education of mental health and enhance the comprehensive literacy of"post-oo"vocational college students,in order to provide useful references for the mental health education of"post-0Os"'vocational college students.
