摘  要:岗位能力模型是对某一岗位所需能力要素的系统化描述和整合,涵盖着完成特定工作任务所需的知识、技能和其他个性特征等,能够为大学生提供明确的能力提升方向。通过对岗位能力模型进行深入剖析,结合大学生就业指导的实际需求,构建了一个以岗位能力为核心的个性化就业指导模式。该模式强调对大学生进行能力评估,根据评估结果制定个性化的指导方案,帮助大学生提升与岗位相匹配的能力,从而提高大学生的就业竞争力和职业发展潜力。The job competency model is a systematic description and integration of the required competency elements for a certain position,covering the knowledge,skills,abilities,and other personality traits required to complete specific job tasks.It can provide clear directions for college students to improve their abilities.Through in-depth analysis of the job competency model and in combination with the actual needs of college students'employment guidance,a personalized employment guidance model centered on job competency has been constructed.This model emphasizes the ability assessment of college students,and based on the assessment results,develops personalized guidance plans to help college students improve their abilities that match their positions,thereby enhancing their employment competitiveness and career development potential.
