摘　　要：物流行业已成为国民经济的重要产业,如何培养现代物流管理人才也成为当今物流管理行业的新使命。文章首先阐述了产教赛研融合在人才培养方面的研究现状,然后给出了现有的产教赛研融合机制在培养人才方面存在的问题,最后详细探讨了构建的四融六阶递进式物流管理复合型创新人才培养体系,以培养现代物流管理复合型创新人才,从而推动我国物流产业的可持续发展。The logistics industry has become an important industry in the national economy,and cultivating modern logistics management talents has become a new mission of the contemporary logistics management industry.This paper first elaborates on the current research status of the industry-education-competition-research integration in talent cultivation,and then presents the existing problems of it in talent cultivation.Finally,it discusses in detail the construction of four integrations and six stages progressive logistics management composite innovative talent cultivation system to cultivate modern logistics management composite innovative talents and promote the sustainable development of our logistics industry.
