摘 要:随着现代物流产业的快速发展,对人才的需求日益多元化和复杂化,急需具有多学科背景的物流人才来应对技术的更新迭代和市场需求的不断变化。因此,多学科交叉融合已经成为产业发展的必然趋势。根据当前物流人才培养模式中存在多主体缺乏深度协同合作、理论与实践相脱离和人才培养模式单一的问题,提出了构建多学科多主体协同育人机制、深入实践基地以及创建“七位一体”人才培养创新模式的措施。旨在探索多学科交叉融合下现代物流产业人才培养模式的创新路径,为提高物流人才综合素质和竞争力提供理论支持。With the rapid development of modern logistics industry,the demand for talents is increasingly diversified and complex,and there is an urgent need for logistics talents with multi-disciplinary background to cope with the update and iteration of technology and the continuous change of market demand.Therefore,interdisciplinary integration has become an inevitable trend of industrial development.According to the problems existing in the current logistics talent training mode,such as the lack of in-depth cooperation between multiple subjects,the separation of theory and practice,and the single talent training mode,this paper puts forward the measures to build a multi-subject and multi-subject collaborative education mechanism,deepen the practice base,and create a"seven in one"talent training innovation mode.The purpose is to explore the innovative path of talent training mode in modern logistics industry under the cross and integration of multi-disciplines,and provide theoretical support for improving the comprehensive quality and competitiveness of logistics talents.
