摘　　要：基于消费者视角,对废旧家具回收的六种渠道从经济性、便利性、环保性和时间性等方面进行了对比分析,在此基础上,从成本和收益角度分情况讨论废旧家具持有者对回收渠道的选择,得出结论:不考虑零售商回收成本,无论家具是否具有回收价值,消费者都应选择以“以旧换新”活动实现的零售商回收,并提出零售商应拓展“以旧换新”服务对象范围,时间上选择长期实施。Based on a consumer perspective,a comparative analysis was conducted on the six channels for recycling waste furniture from the perspectives of economy,convenience,environmental protection,and timeliness.On this basis,the selection of recycling channels by waste furniture holders was discussed from the perspectives of cost and benefits.The conclusion was drawn:Regardless of whether the furniture has recycling value,the cost of recycling by retailers was not considered,consumers should choose retailers that implement the"trade-in"campaign for recycling,and propose that retailers should expand the scope of"trade-in"service targets and choose long-term implementation in terms of time.
