摘 要:电商物流是现代物流发展的核心领域,电商企业推动我国社会经济向数字化转型,在推广网络消费的环境中,电商用户的忠诚度不仅对电商平台调整销售方式具有重要意义,也同时对物流行业的经营模式和运转理念产生深远影响。文章深入研究电商用户复购行为在电商平台和物流领域发展进程中起到的积极作用,针对当前大数据时代背景阐述智慧物流行业的优化升级途径,切实提升我国物流服务能力,提高物联网工作的先进化、科学化水平,为整个行业提供可持续进步的动力。E-commerce logistics is the core field of modern logistics development,e-commerce enterprises to promote China's socio-economic transformation to digitalization,in the environment of promoting network consumption,e-commerce user loyalty is not only important for e-commerce platforms to adjust the way of sales,but also at the same time on the logistics industry's business model and operating concepts to produce a far-reaching impact.In this paper,in-depth study of e-commerce user repurchase behavior in the e-commerce platform and logistics field development process plays a positive role,for the current big data era background to elaborate the optimization and upgrading of the wisdom of the logistics industry way,and effectively enhance the ability of China's logistics services to improve the advanced level of the Internet of Things,scientific level of work,and to provide the whole industry with a sustainable progress of the driving force.
