摘　　要：中欧班列作为我国“一带一路”合作倡议深入推进的重要抓手,是优化城市产业结构、提升对外开放水平的主要举措,中欧班列(西安)集结中心的高质量发展,对于持续稳固中欧班列长安号“大本营”、有效落实陕西国内国外双循环战略以及打造陕西省对外开放发展新高地意义重大。文章对中欧(西安)集结中心在产业集聚能力、区域协同发展以及生产性服务内容等方面进行深入剖析,最后针对上述问题提出了一系列富有建设性的发展建议,论文的研究对中欧班列(西安)集结中心竞争力的提升具有一定的推动作用。As an important starting point for the deepening of China's"Belt and Road"cooperation initiative,China Railway Express(CRExpress)is a major measure to optimize the urban industrial structure and enhance the level of opening up to the outside world.The high-quality development of the CRExpress(Xi'an)assembly center,is o great significance to continuously stabilize the"base camp"of the CRExpress Chang'an,effectively implement the strategy of double circulation at home and abroad in Shaanxi Province,and build a new highland of opening up and development in Shaanxi Province.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the industrial agglomeration capacity,regional collaborative development and productive service content of the CRExpress(Xi'an)assembly center,and finally puts forward constructive development suggestions to solve the above problems.The research of this paper will play a certain role in promoting the competitiveness of the China-Europe Railway(Xi'an)assembly center.
