摘　　要：广西的经济发展离不开农业,而生鲜农产品能否在不失营养和味道的前提下送达人们的餐桌上,关键得依靠冷链技术的支持。冷链物流能否提高生鲜农产品的保鲜能力,关键是要解决冷链物流体系中的短板与弱项。广西冷链基础薄弱,应该怎么破局?文章将从重组供应链、培养新农人、优化冷库布局、集约化运输、标准化作业这5个关键要素去解决问题,让田头的最先一公里到餐桌上的最后一公里,在“冷链”的帮助下,让生鲜农产品优雅、新鲜的完成使命,促进广西经济发展。The economic development of Guangxi is inseparable from agriculture,and whether fresh agricultural products can be delivered to people's dining table without losing nutrition and taste,the key is to rely on the support of cold chain technology.Whether the cold chain logistics can improve the fresh-keeping ability of fresh agricultural products?The key is to solve the shortcomings and weaknesses in the cold chain logistics system.The foundation of Guangxi cold chain is weak.How should I break the situation?This article will solve the problem from the five key elements of restructuring supply chain,cultivating new farmers,optimizing the layout of the cold storage,intensive transportation,and standardized operations to solve the problem.With the help of chain,the mission of fresh agricultural products is elegant and fresh to promote the development of Guangxi's economic development.
