摘　　要：物流园区是物流节点集中组织和管理的场所,其依托规模化的物流设施设备,对物流活动进行综合处理,从而达到降低物流运营成本、提高物流运作效率和水平,物流园区从空间上积聚了产业链上下游企业,从功能上涉及到生产、加工、销售、配送等供应链各个环节,通过合理的空间布局、有机的功能组合、优化的资源配置以及信息系统整合发挥其系统整体优势。文章将对物流园的现状、发展动因、主要类型、区域布局、开发运营模式及未来的战略机遇予以研究整理,以期待为业内从业、投资人士提供参考。Logistics Park is a place where logistics nodes are organized and managed in a centralized way.Relying on large-scale logistics facilities and equipment,it comprehensively handles logistics activities,so as to reduce logistics operation costs and improve the efficiency and level of logistics operation.The logistics park has accumulated upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain in space,and functionally involves all aspects of the supply chain such as production,processing,sales and distribution.Through reasonable spatial layout,organic functional combination,optimized resource allocation and information system integration,it gives full play to its overall advantages.This paper will study and sort out the present situation,development motivation,main types,regional layout,development and operation mode and future strategic opportunities of logistics parks in order to provide reference for practitioners and investors in the industry.
