摘 要:多年来,废旧纺织品领域的回收及循环利用相关统计工作滞后及缺失,已影响到国内废旧纺织品行业发展目标及战略制定、企业投资活动等。目前,各国旧衣物进出口统计数据相对完善,依据联合国贸易数据库的海关统计数据,各国废旧纺织品回收量主要通过所在国生活垃圾统计数据进行披露,因大部分发展中国家相关数据的缺失,难以获得全球废旧纺织品回收量数据。通过文献查阅,从纺织品交易所发布的2020—2023年度《纤维市场报告》中,获得全球纺织再生纤维产量、构成及占纤维比例等相关数据,经整理及分析,理清影响全球废旧纺织品回收利用水平的主要因素,并提出废旧纺织品循环利用新途径。For many years,the statistics of textile waste collecting and recycling has been lagging behind and deficient,which affected the domestic textile waste industry,the developing and strategy,as well as enterprise investment activities.Nowadays,the import and export statistics of used clothing in various countries are relatively complete,based on customs statistics from the United Nations Trade Database.The amount of textile waste collecting in various countries is mainly disclosed through the statistical data of their municipal household waste.Due to the lack of relevant data in most developing countries,it is difficult to obtain global data on textile waste collecting.The author obtained relevant data on the global production,composition,and proportion of recycled textile fibers from the 2020 to 2023 Fiber Market Report released by the Textile Exchange through literature review.After sorting and analysis,the main factors affecting the recycling level of global textile waste were clarified,and proposed new paths of textile waste recycling.
