摘  要:停车楼的重要性在城市用地紧张的背景下逐渐增加,停车楼空间逐渐由单一转为复合的趋势。基于对沈阳市停车楼空间现状调研及总结分析,通过对优秀案例分析整理,从空间的功能、界面、可变及融合等多方面来探索空间复合性设计,提出停车楼“空间功能集中复合,呼应文脉改善环境,未来持续自然生长”策略及手法。该文以沈阳方城停车楼设计为例,通过“开放性交通空间,多样性空间功能,象征性文化载体,可持续建筑空间”等四个方面论述,为探索立体停车楼空间的复合性设计提供借鉴。The importance of parking buildings has gradually increased in the context of tight urban land use, and the space of parking buildings has gradually changed from a single to a composite trend. Based on the investigation and summary analysis of the current situation of parking space in Shenyang, through the analysis and arrangement of excellent cases, we explore the spatial compound design from the aspects of space function, interface, variability and integration, and put forward the strategy and technique of "space function concentration and compound, echoing the context to improve the environment, and sustainable natural growth in the future". Taking the design of parking building in Shenyang Fangcheng as an example, we discuss four aspects of "open traffic space, diversified space function, symbolic cultural carrier and sustainable architectural space", so as to provide reference for exploring the compound design of three-dimensional parking space.
