摘　　要：基于建筑适应性理论以及建筑适应性评价体系,结合对多元化学习模式转变和国内高校教学建筑特征的分析,提出多元学习模式下高校教学建筑的适应性评价方法。通过对国内近30所高校教学建筑适应性评价的对比研究,结合对问题成因的解析,从满足多元化学习需求的视角从三个方面提出针对性的设计改造策略:规划层级上,合理利用场地周边空间的整合化设计;建筑层级上,提升空间灵活性的复合化设计;支撑层级上,结构、界面及设备的主动式介入设计。Based on the theory of architectural adaptability and the evaluation system of architectural adaptability,combined with the analysis of the transformation of diversified learning modes and the characteristics of teaching buildings in domestic universities,a method for evaluating the adaptability of teaching buildings in universities under diversified learning modes is proposed.Through a comparative study of the adaptability evaluation of teaching buildings in nearly 30 domestic universities,combined with an analysis of the causes of the problems,targeted design and renovation strategies are proposed from three aspects from the perspective of meeting diversified learning needs:at the planning level,the integrated design of the reasonable utilization of the surrounding space of the site.Composite design that enhances spatial flexibility at the architectural level.Proactively intervene in the design of structures,interfaces,and devices at the support level.
