工人文化宫职工书屋的集约化设计策略研究

摘　　要：当前,城市职工日常闲暇期间阅读指数较低,缺少适合的阅读场所,书店和图书馆等场所不能满足职工群体的活动需求,工人文化宫职工书屋的文化资源和活动内容则具有很强的指向性,可以为职工群体提供一个多变的阅读空间。基于集约化设计理念,该文通过考察及信息梳理,对工人文化宫职工书屋的现状进行分析,得出当前工人文化宫职工书屋面临的空间功能单一、集约设计不足、缺乏空间品质等问题,并针对问题提出功能性集约、多元性集约和舒适性集约三大解决策略,探讨功能构成、布局形式、流线组织、内部装饰等要素如何构建集约型空间,为工人文化宫职工书屋设计提供新的思路与参考。At present,the reading index of urban workers during their daily leisure time is low,and there is a lack of suitable reading places.Bookstores and libraries and other places cannot meet the activity needs of workers.The cultural resources and activity contents of workers'library in the workers'Cultural Palace have strong directionality,which can provide a changeable reading space for workers.Based on the concept of intensive design,we analyze the current situation of the staff library of the workers'Cultural Palace through investigation and information combing,and conclude that the current staff library of the workers'Cultural Palace faces the problems of single spatial function,insufficient intensive design,and lack of spatial quality.Then we propose three solutions to these problems:functional intensive,multiintensive and comfort-intensive.We also discuss how to construct the intensive space by the elements such as function composition,layout form,streamline organization and interior decoration,so as to provide new ideas and references for the design of the staff library of the workers'Cultural Palace.
