摘　　要：该文以中车株洲电力机车有限公司科技文化展示中心及研究院的设计实践为例,探讨在传统工业厂区内的多重制约条件下如何通过集约化与适应性设计策略的运用,实现厂区外部整体空间环境、建筑内部空间营造以及企业文化内涵表达等方面的整体提升,以期为国内类似项目提供参考。Taking the design of Science&Technology Culture Center and Research Institute in CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co.,Ltd as an example,we discuss how to realize the overall enhancement of the overall spatial environment outside the factory,the creation of the space inside the building,and the expression of the corporate cultural connotation through the use of the intensive and adaptive design strategy under the multiple constraints of the traditional industrial factory,with a view to providing reference for the similar projects in China.
