围湖筑底——公园社区理念下的天嘉湖住区更新设计策略

摘　　要：当下城市建设由增量时代转变到存量时代,城市住区需要在新的理念和手段上进行更新,天嘉湖住区位于城乡结合地区,由于之前的过度开发、楼盘烂尾闲置导致周围城市生态环境日益恶化,基于公园社区的理念,以蓝绿空间为基底、住区绿地空间开放、服务设施等业态多元分散,提出了更新设计策略,即内外衔接—开放共享、结构聚核—多元治理、蓝绿闭环—生态筑底,住区环境得到改善,公园社区的形态特征逐步显现。The current urban construction is shifting from an incremental era to a stock era,and urban residential areas need to be updated with new concepts and methods.Tianjiahu Residential Area is located in the urban-rural integration area,and due to excessive development and idle properties,the surrounding urban ecological environment is deteriorating.Based on the concept of park communities,with bluegreen spaces as the foundation,residential green spaces open,and service facilities diversified and dispersed,we propose a renewal design strategy:internal and external connection-open sharing,structural aggregation-diversified governance,and blue-green closed-loopecological foundation.The residential environment has been improved,and the morphological characteristics of park communities have gradually emerged.
