摘  要:CBD的建设和发展日益成为焦点,既面临挑战也蕴藏机遇,需关注功能复合性、公共空间互动、交通系统整合以及城市形象多元化等方面的问题,以实现资源优势的充分利用和可持续发展。该文分析了国内外CBD的发展历程和差异,结合宝安中心区城市设计优化项目,提出蓝绿交融、全时活力、多元链接的愿景,并针对现状问题提出10个对应愿景的策略;进而综合考虑这些策略的相互关系和潜在协同效应,将它们交织融合寻求最佳组合方案,以实现CBD整体升维;最后,从总体控制、示范地块、建设时序方面给出了具体的行动计划。The development of CBD is increasingly becoming the focus of attention,which faces both challenges and opportunities.It is important to pay attention to issues such as functional complex,public space interaction,transportation system integration,and urban image diversification,in order to fully utilize resource advantages and achieve sustainable development.In this paper we examine the evolution and differences between CBDs in China and abroad.Integrating it with the urban design optimization project of Bao'an Central District,we present a vision of intermingled greenery and water,full-time urban vitality,and diverse city connections,and propose 10 corresponding vision strategies for the current situation,furthermore,the interrelationships and potential synergistic effects of the strategies are comprehensively considered.The optimal combination of solutions is sought by interweaving and integrating them,in order to realize the overall upgrading of the CBD.Finally,specific action plans are given in terms of overall control,demonstration plots,and construction timetable.Finally,specific action plans are presented in terms of overall control and construction timeline.
