健康中国视角下单位制社区适老化更新研究——以武汉市武昌区为例

摘　　要：在“健康中国”和城市老龄化的双重背景下,对推进老年宜居环境建设提出了新的要求,面对单位制社区现有空间环境和老年人活动需求之间的矛盾,其社区的适老化更新是必要的。该文以武汉市武昌区单位制社区的公共空间为对象,利用PSPL法调研社区的功能现状及使用情况,通过SD法对三个样本的环境特征进行感知分析,并总结老年人的行为活动类型及其空间分布特征规律,提出适老化更新策略,并为同类老旧社区提升公共空间适配度、改善退休老人生活质量提供参考。Under the dual background of"Healthy China"and urban aging,new requirements have been put forward to promote the construction of livable environment for the elderly,and in the face of the contradiction between the existing spatial environment of the unitary community and the needs of the elderly activities,the aging renewal of the community is necessary.Taking the public space of the unitary community in Wuchang District,Wuhan City as the object,we investigate the functional status quo and use of the community by using the PSPL method,and conduct a perceptual analysis of the environmental characteristics of three samples through the SD method,then we summarize the types of behavioral activities of the elderly and their spatial distribution characteristics of the law,and put forward the strategy of the aging renewal,so as to provide references for the similar old communities as well as to enhance the life quality of retired people.
