摘  要:滨海山地城市居住用地发展取决于自身对地貌环境的适应水平。本研究以大连市中心城区居住用地为研究对象,15分钟社区生活圈为基本单元,基于发生学原理进行空间还原与空间叠合。研究表明,历时态居住用地与山海资源的互动关系可剥离为低质发育、无序建设、脱离桎梏、耦合协调等四个扩展阶段;历史发展阶段与空间要素结果建构居住用地空间模型为自发生长型、平整规则型、规避自然型、功能依附型四类;基于地貌环境被动、主动、规避、间接交互关系,提出满足自足性、发挥共享性、强化秩序性、承担社会性等居住用地适地发展策略。The development of coastal mountainous urban residential land depends on its own level of adaptation to the geomorphic environment.Taking the residential land in the central city of Dalian as the research object,and the 15-minute community life-circle as the basic unit,we carry out spatial reduction and spatial overlap based on the principle of genesis.Research shows that the interaction between residential land and mountain-sea resources in the historical state can be stripped into four expansion stages,such as low-quality development,disordered construction,detachment from the shackles,and coupling coordination.The construction of residential land spatial models based on historical development stages and spatial element result includes four categories:self growth,flat regular,avoiding nature,attachment function.Based on the passive,active,avoidance,and indirect interactions of the geomorphic environment,we propose strategies for land-suitable development of residential land that satisfy self-sufficiency,utilize sharing,strengthen order,and assume social responsibility.
