共同缔造理念在武汉城市景中村规划中的实践与探索

摘　　要：共同缔造理念下的城市景中村规划设计将村民的真实需求放在首位,以陪伴式建造的方式共建,鼓励并引导村民参与设计与施工全过程,改善环境的同时培养村民设计与建造的技能,将规划设计真正成为村民生活品质提升的有效方式。该文以武汉山后毕村改造为例,探索共同缔造理念在城市景中村规划设计环节的实践方式,以期为景中村规划建设提供切实经验。The urban Landscape Village planning and design under the concept of joint creation puts the real needs of the villagers in the first place,builds the village together by the way of accompanying construction,encourages and guides the villagers to participate in the whole process of design and construction,improves the environment and cultivates the design and construction skills of the villagers,and truly makes the planning and design an effective way to improve the life quality of the villagers.Taking the reconstruction of Shanhoubi Village in Wuhan as an example,we explore the practical way of jointly creating the idea in the planning and design of Landscape Village in the city,in order to provide practical experience for the planning and construction of Landscape Village.
