摘 要:目的分析深圳市2023年多种呼吸道病毒的流行趋势和特征,为制定呼吸道疾病防控策略提供科学依据.方法对2023年深圳市四家哨点医院采集的急性呼吸道感染病例样本进行常见呼吸道病毒检测与结果分析.结果共采集急性呼吸道感染病例咽拭子标本6326份,检出呼吸道病毒阳性3432例(阳性率54.25%),其中甲型H3N2亚型检出率最高(959/15.16%),其次是甲型H1N1亚型(528/8.35%)和新冠(509/8.05%).不同年龄段呼吸道病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=150.110,P<0.001),0~4岁组中,呼吸道合胞病毒检出率最高,为13.43%,60~岁组中,新冠病毒的检出率最高,为11.22%.其余年龄组中均为甲型H3N2亚型检出率最高.2023年深圳市呼吸道病毒感染情况存在明显的季节性,在春秋季出现感染高峰,其中春季病毒阳性率最高,为61.07%,其次是秋季(58.55%)和夏季(51.33%),冬季最低(38.41%).结论深圳市2023年呼吸道感染存在多种呼吸道病毒交替流行的情况,甲型H3N2亚型、甲型H1N1亚型流感病毒和新冠病毒是导致2023年深圳市呼吸道感染的主要病毒种类,不同呼吸道病毒在年龄和季节的分布上存在明显差异.Objective To analyze the epidemiological trends and characteristics of various respiratory viruses in Shenzhen city in 2023,so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of respiratory disease prevention and control strategies.Methods The samples of acute respiratory tract infection cases collected from four sentinel hospitals in Shenzhen in 2023 were tested and analyzed for common respiratory disease viruses.Results A total of 6326 pharyngeal swab specimens of acute respiratory tract infection cases were collected,and 3432 cases were positive for respiratory viruses(positive rate of 54.25%),among which the detection rate of influenza A(H3N2)virus was the highest(959/15.16%),followed by influenza A(H1N1)virus(528/8.35%)and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(509/8.05%).The differences in positive rates of respiratory viruses among age groups were statistically significant(χ^(2)=150.110,P<0.001).In the 0-4 year old group,the detection rate of HRSV was the highest,reaching 13.43%.In the 60 years old and above group,the detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 was the highest,reaching 11.22%.The detection rates of influenza A(H3N2)were the highest in the rest age groups.There was a clear seasonality of respiratory viral infections in Shenzhen city in 2023,with a peak of infections in the spring and autumn.The positive rate of the viruses was the highest in spring(61.07%),followed by that in autumn(58.55%)and summer(51.33%)while the lowest in winter(38.41%).Conclusions There were multiple respiratory viruses circulating in turn among respiratory infections in Shenzhen city in 2023.Influenza A(H3N2),influenza A(H1N1)and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 were the dominant viruses responsible for respiratory infections in Shenzhen city in 2023.The distribution in age groups and the seasonality of various respiratory viruses showed significant differences.
