摘 要:构建了一种用于测定新烟碱类杀虫剂噻虫胺(CLO)的电致化学发光(ECL)传感器。利用热解法制备了石墨相氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4)),以K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)为共反应剂,制备了g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE新型电化学发光传感器,并对其电化学及ECL性质进行研究。结果表明,CLO对ECL信号具有明显的猝灭作用,据此可以实现对噻虫胺的灵敏检测。在优化条件下,ECL响应值与噻虫胺浓度的对数成正比,其线性范围为1.0×10^(-8)~5.0×10^(-5)mol/L,相关系数为0.996,检出限为1.8 nmol/L。采用标准加入法评价该方法的实用性,回收率为98.3%~105.3%。该方法在实际样品中噻虫胺残留分析具有良好的应用潜力。An ultra-sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor was constructed for the quantitative detection of clothianidin (CLO).Graphitic phase carbon nitride (g-C_(3)N_(4)) was prepared by pyrolysis method,then the g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE sensor was prepared using g-C_(3)N_(4) as the ECL luminophore and K_(2)S_(2)O_(8) as the co-reactant.The ECL behavior of the prepared sensor was studied.The results revealed that CLO exhibited strong inhibiting effect on ECL signal,and thus CLO could be sensitively detected.Under the optimal conditions,the decrease of ECL intensity varied linearly with the logarithm of CLO concentration ranging from 1.0×10^(-8) mol/L to 5.0×10^(-5) mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.996,and the limit of detection were calculated as 1.8 nmol/L.Moreover,this proposed method was applied in the analysis of CLO in real samples with recoveries of 98.3%-105.3%.The sensor possesses a good application prospect in determination of CLO in real samples.
