摘 要:以吡咯烷基二甘醇酰胺(PYRDGA)为萃取剂,以二氯甲烷为稀释剂,从硝酸溶液中萃取三价稀土元素(REE(Ⅲ)),考察了萃取剂浓度、硝酸浓度、水相酸度和温度对分配比的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下,PYRDGA对REE(Ⅲ)的萃取分配比呈现出随原子序数的增加而增加的趋势。该萃取剂表现出较高的分配比(1217~4683),在轻稀土之间的分离系数较高,是性能优良的稀土萃取剂,可用于REE(Ⅲ)的萃取。计算了298.15 K下萃取反应的焓变、熵变和吉布斯能,表明PYRDGA对REE(Ⅲ)的萃取为自发的放热反应。通过热化学方法确定了REE(Ⅲ)∶PYRDGA∶■在萃取体系中的比例为1∶3∶2。Pyrrolidinyl diglycolamide (PYRDGA) was used as the extractant to extract trivalent rare earths REE(Ⅲ) from nitric acid solution,and the effects of extractant concentration,nitric acid concentration,aqueous phase acidity and temperature on the partition ratio were investigated.PYRDGA showed a trend that the extraction partition ratio of REE(Ⅲ) increased with the increase of atomic number.The extractant exhibited a high partition ratio ranging from 1217 to 4683 and is an excellent performance rare earth extractant.The enthalpy change,entropy change and Gibbs energy of the extraction reaction at 298.15 K were calculated and it was shown that the extraction of REE(Ⅲ) by PYRDGA is a spontaneous and exothermic reaction.The ratio of REE(Ⅲ)∶PYRDGA∶■ in the extraction system was determined to be 1∶3∶2 by thermochemical methods.
