摘 要:制备了甲醛紫外检测探针并用于标本防腐液甲醛浓度的即时检测。基于碘液在紫外光区288 nm和350 nm波长处有强吸收,曲拉通X-100对其光吸收有增敏性,在强碱溶液中发生歧化反应,制备得到该探针。将该探针作用于甲醛,返歧化(酸化)后的溶液的吸光度相对于甲醛空白有递减,其递减量与甲醛浓度呈现出相关性。在288 nm波长处,吸光度变化量(ΔA)与甲醛浓度(c)的标准曲线方程为ΔA=10.4086c-0.02276,相关系数r=0.9991,线性范围为7.5×10^(-6)~7.5×10^(-5) mol/L,检测限为2.97×10^(-6) mol/L。该紫外检测法样品分析的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1%,共存辅料物质甘油和乙醇对其测定不产生干扰。An ultraviolet detection probe was prepared and applied to the real-time detection of formaldehyde concentration in specimen preservative solution.The probe was constructed based on the mechanism of strong absorption of iodine solution at wavelengths of 288 nm and 350 nm in the ultraviolet region,which was enhanced by the addition of Triton X-100 and the characteristic disproportionation reaction in strong alkaline solution.The probe could react with the presence formaldehyde,the absorbance of the solution after redisproportionation (acidification) was decreased relating to the blank sample of formaldehyde,and the decrease was sensitive to the formaldehyde concentration.At the wavelength of 288 nm,the standard curve equation for formaldehyde was established between absorbance change(ΔA) and formaldehyde concentration (c) as:ΔA=10.4086c (mmol/L)-0.02276,the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9991.The linear range was 7.5×10^(-6)-7.5×10^(-5) mol/L,and the detection limit reached to 2.97×10^(-6) mol/L.The ultraviolet method not only significantly improved the accuracy and repeatability of formaldehyde detection,but also possessing multiple merits include simple,safe,and environmentally friendly.The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 1%.In addition,the influences of coexisting auxiliary substances such as glycerol and ethanol to the determination results were limited.
