摘  要:采用静电纺丝法成功制备了一种以聚丙烯腈/聚乙烯醇(PAN/PVA)为原料的多孔碳纳米纤维PAN/PVA/CNFs,用于构建检测克拉霉素(CLA)的电化学发光传感器。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和拉曼光谱(Raman)技术,对PAN/PVA/CNFs进行了形貌和结构表征。结果显示,所制备的PAN/PVA/CNFs具有三维交错无序的多孔纤维形貌。所制备的传感器在CLA检测中表现出较高的灵敏性和选择性,对CLA检测的线性范围为1×10^(-7)~7×10^(-5) mol/L,线性相关系数R^(2)=0.999,检出限为4.1×10^(-8) mol/L。在实际药品检测中,该传感器的回收率可达到96.2%~106.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。A polyacrylonitrile/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PAN/PVA)-based porous carbon nanofiber material (PAN/PVA/CNFs) was successfully prepared by electrostatic spinning.The as-prepared PAN/PVA/CNFs was used to construct an electrochemiluminescent sensor for the detection of clarithromycin (CLA).The morphology and structure of PAN/PVA/CNFs were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),transmission electron microscope (TEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS),X-ray diffractometer (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman spectrometry techniques.The results showed that the PAN/PVA/CNFs possessed three-dimensional staggered and disordered porous fiber morphology.The proposed sensor exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity for CLA detection.Moreover,the linear dynamic range for this sensor ranged from 1×10^(-7) to 7×10^(-5) mol/L,with the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.999,and the limit of detection was 4.1×10^(-8) mol/L.The proposed sensor was successfully applied for the determination of CLA in drug,with the recoveries of 96.2%-106.5%and the relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 5%.
