摘  要:电力系统的故障持续时间是影响电力系统安全稳定运行的重要因素,监测并分析故障持续时间,有利于设备健康状态的评估。基于继电保护故障跳闸的录波数据,精确提取故障的持续时间。结合电流突变量启动,采用瞬时无功功率的突变检测故障启动时刻,用电流幅值归零和基于差分电流的小波分析奇异性检测方法,综合判断故障电流的切除时间点。该方法在继电保护隐性故障检测系统中得以应用,运行结果表明,该方法能有效地计算故障持续时间。The fault duration of power grid is an important factor affecting the safe and stable operation of power system.Monitoring and analyzing the fault duration is beneficial for evaluating the equipment health status.This paper is based on the recording data of relay protection failure trip to extract the accurate fault duration.Combined with the current mutation,the fault startup time is detected by the sudden change of instantaneous reactive power.The current amplitude zeroing and the singularity detection method based on differential current wavelet analysis are used to determine the cutting time of the fault current comprehensively.This method is applied in the hidden fault detection system of relay protection,and the results show that the method can calculate the fault duration effectively.
