摘　　要：针对GIS汇控柜电气联锁回路连线复杂、继电器等设备占用空间大、安装和维护不方便、系统灵活性差等问题,开发了一种就地终端装置,集联锁、测量控制、智能终端、合并单元、在线监测功能于一体,并完成了硬件和软件系统的设计。就地终端应用于GIS汇控柜的智能化改造,用软件联锁取代繁杂的电气联锁回路,并实现元器件和二次回路的优化,节约系统投资,同时增强了GIS汇控柜的交互性和数字化水平,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problem of complex electrical interlocking circuit connections,large space occupied by relays,inconvenient installation and maintenance,and poor system flexibility in GIS control cabinets,a local terminal unit is developed,which integrates interlocking,measurement and control,intelligent terminals,merged units,and online monitoring function,with the design of hardware and software completed.This local terminal unit is applied to the intelligentized transformation of GIS control cabinet,replacing the complicated electrical interlocking circuit with software interlocking,realizing the optimization of components and secondary circuits,and also saving system investment.And at the same time,it enhances the interactivity and digitalization level of the GIS control cabinet,thus having certain popularization and application value.
