摘  要:针对刚果(金)电网对矿业企业供电能力不足的问题,引入了源网荷储系统解决方案维持电力供应稳定,同时针对大电网消失时的源网荷储系统并转离问题,提出了采用快速真空开关切除并网联络线的方案,并针对刚果(金)矿业企业特点提出一种基于无功扰动的欠压触发型孤岛检测方法。最后对提出的检测方法和快速开关方案进行仿真验证,证明了所提方法的有效性。In view of the insufficient power supply capacity of Congo(DRC)power grid for mining enterprises,this paper brings in the solution of using Generation-Grid-Load-Storage system to maintain the stability of power supply,and at the same time,aims at the issue of connection-disconnection conversion of Generation-Grid-Load-Storage system when the main power grid disappears to put forward a scheme of using fast vacuum switch to cut off the Point of Common Coupling(PCC).In addition,the paper accords to the characteristics of mining enterprises in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to propose an under-voltage triggered islanding detection method based on reactive power disturbance.Finally,the proposed islanding detection method and fast vacuum switch scheme are verified by simulation,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved.
