摘 要:铜作为一种非碳化物形成元素,被广泛应用于钢铁材料中。一方面,铜的加入和随后的热处理会导致热脆现象,恶化钢的热加工性能;另一方面,铜在钢中的偏聚会改善钢材的耐腐蚀性能。本文对含铜钢中铜偏聚的现象进行总结,在简要介绍铜在钢中偏聚原因的基础上,综述了加热温度、变形以及合金元素对铜偏聚的影响。钢中加入适当的合金元素并对加热制度和变形工艺进行优化,可以控制铜在钢中的偏聚行为,优化材料的性能,可对实际应用提供参考。As a non-carbide forming element,copper is widely used in iron and steel materials.On the one hand,the addition of copper and subsequent heat treatment lead to hot embrittlement,which will deteriorate the hot working performance of steel;on the other hand,copper is segregated in steel to improve the corrosion resistance of steel.The phenomenon of copper segregation in copper-containing steel was summarized,the effects of heating temperature,deformation and alloying elements on copper segregation were reviewed on the basis of briefly introducing the reasons of copper segregation in steel.Adding appropriate alloying elements to steel and optimizing the heating system and deformation process can control the local segregation behavior of copper in steel,optimize the performance of materials,which can provide references for practical applications.
