基于NiAl强化的薄带连铸高强无取向硅钢组织和性能调控

摘  要:采用短流程薄带连铸工艺制备0.35 mm厚高强无取向硅钢,利用OM、XRD、EBSD以及TEM分析实验钢组织演变及时效过程NiAl析出相对性能影响。结果表明,铸带为粗大柱状晶和不均匀等轴晶,主要为λ织构和α织构。退火带主要为中等强度的α*织构、较强Goss织构和Cube织构以及γ织构,强度峰值分别为3.16、3.68、3.70和4.66。随着时效时间增加,硬度从退火态的274 HV增加到峰值394 HV后逐渐下降。550℃峰值时效4 h得到高密度平均尺寸为8~10 nm的NiAl析出相,可有效抑制位错的运动而使实验钢屈服强度达到889 MPa;同时磁性能没有大幅恶化,磁感应强度B50达到1.62 T,铁损P1.0/400为31.4 W/kg。因此,基于NiAl相沉淀强化可为高性能高强无取向硅钢开发提供新的思路和方法。0.35 mm-thick high-strength non-oriented silicon steel was prepared by the short process of strip casting.The microstructure evolution of the experimental steel and the effect of NiAl precipitation during aging on the properties were analyzed by OM,XRD,EBSD and TEM.The results show that the as-cast strip is coarse columnar grains and uneven equiaxed grains,with入texture andαtexture.The annealed sheet is mainly consisted of mediumα*,strong Goss and Cube and texture,and the intensity peaks are 3.16,3.68,3.70 and 4.66 respectively.With the increase of aging time,the hardness rapidly increases from 274 HV in the annealed state to 394 HV at the peak aging and then gradually decreases.The high density of NiAl precipitates with an average size of 8-10 nm is obtained by peak aging at 550 C for 4 h.The NiAl precipitates can effectively inhibit the movement of dislocations,resulting in significant improvement in yield strength,as high as 889 MPa.Meanwhile,relatively good magnetic properties are obtained with the magnetic induction Bso and the iron loss Pi.040o of 1.62 T and 31.4 W/kg,respectively.Therefore,precipitation strengthening based on the NiAl phase can provide a new idea and method for developing high performance high strength non-oriented silicon steel.
