摘  要:扁钢锭的设计及其质量控制是制约“冶炼-铸锭-轧制”方法生产特厚板的关键,大宽厚比扁锭可不经开坯直接轧制,从而简化生产流程,降低生产成本。采用数值模拟的方法研究了超大宽厚比扁锭的气隙生长、凝固进程以及缩孔缺陷的分布。同时,分析了不同宽厚比和预起拱参数对铸锭凝固质量的影响。结果表明,当大宽厚比扁锭凝固时,扁锭宽面中部与宽面1/4位置的气隙厚度差可达1 mm以上,进而在扁锭内部产生两个热中心。随着宽厚比的增加,双热中心现象更明显,导致缩孔缺陷增多。此外,随着预起拱高度的增加,双热中心现象变得不明显,缩孔体积减少,当拱高为80 mm时,超大宽厚比铸锭质量良好。Design and quality control of flat steel ingots is a key for producing extra thick plates by smelting,casting and rolling processes.Flat steel ingots with ultra-large width to thickness ratio can be directly rolled without cogging,thus simplifying the production process and reducing costs.The air gap distribution,solidification process and shrinkage defect distribution of flat steel ingots with ultra-large width to thickness ratio were studied by using numerical simulation.The effects of different width to thickness ratio and preset arch parameters on the temperature field and quality of the ingots were analyzed.The results show that during the solidification of the ingot with a large width to thickness ratio,the difference of air gap thickness between the middle of the broad surface of the ingot and the 1/4 position of broad surface is more than lmm,and then two hot spots are generated inside the ingot.With the increase of the width to thickness ratio,the phenomenon of two hot spots is more obvious,and the shrinkage porosity defects increase.In addition,with the increase of the pre-arch height,the phenomenon of the two hot spots is less obvious,and the volume of shrinkage porosity decreases.When the arch height is 80 mm,the quality of the ingot with ultra-large wide to thickness ratio is good.
