摘 要:采用高温摩擦磨损试验机,对SDHA热作模具钢于750℃在不同载荷作用下的高温摩擦磨损性能进行研究,同时采用广泛使用的马氏体型热作模具钢SDDVA进行对比。结合光学轮廓仪、SEM、XRD等表征手段对两种材料的磨损表面、截面形貌、表面相组成等进行分析。研究表明:在750℃下,在10~20 N载荷范围内,SDHA钢的磨损率在1.22~4.11×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(N·m)范围内,SDDVA钢的磨损率在18.9~23.3×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(N·m)范围内。两种材料的氧化层在载荷作用下经历“变形→开裂→剥落→剥落区域再次氧化”的过程。此外,SDHA钢氧化物由Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4)组成,SDDVA钢的氧化物由FeO、Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4)组成。SDHA钢在750℃下比SDDVA钢拥有更高的抗压强度和显微硬度,SDHA钢的最大抗压强度和显微硬度分别为590.21 MPa和432 HV0.2,SDDVA钢的最大抗压强度和显微硬度分别为390.24 MPa和290 HV0.2。The high temperature friction and wear properties of SDHA hot working die steel under different loads at 750℃ were studied by high temperature friction and wear testing machine.Meanwhile,the widely used martensioned hot working die steel SDDVA was used for comparison.The wear surface,cross section morphology and surface phase composition of the two materials were analyzed by optical profilometer,SEM and XRD.The results show that the wear rate of SDHA steel is in the range of1.22~4.11×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(N·m) and that of SDDVA steel is in the range of18.9~23.3×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(N·m)under 10-20 N load at 750 ℃.The oxidation layer of the two materials undergoes the process of"deformation-→cracking-→spalling→reoxidation of the spalling region"under the action of load.In addition,the oxides of SDHA steel are composed of Fe_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(3)O_(4),and the oxides of SDDVA steel are composed of FeO,Fe_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(3)O_(4).At 750 C,SDHA steel has higher compressive strength and microhardness than SDDVA steel.The maximum compressive strength and microhardness of SDHA steel are 590.21 MPa and 432 HV0.2,respectively,and the maximum compressive strength and microhardness of SDDVA steel are 390.24 MPa and 290 HV0.2.
