摘 要:小木作是中国传统木构建筑体系中起装饰、分隔、遮挡等作用的构件,其种类繁多、构造精巧,内涵丰富,体现了中国古代匠人的技艺水平与审美趣味。对于小木作的数字化整理和建构有助于保护和展示这些珍贵的文物遗产。山西应县净土寺大雄宝殿中的天花藻井是古代建筑遗存中等级最高、工艺最佳的小木作之一,对于研究古代小木作的工艺结构和文化内涵具有重要意义。文章以净土寺天花藻井的数字化为例,探索了便携式三维激光扫描仪数字化的外业采集与内业处理的技术流程,分析了便携式扫描仪在小木作数字化中的技术缺点,并结合对近景摄影测量技术的分析,探讨了其弥补便携式扫描仪之缺点的可能性,从而优化了利用便携式激光扫描仪进行小木作数字化的技术方法。Joinery works are components in the traditional Chinese wooden architecture system that serve as decorations,partitions,or obstructions.They have a wide variety of types,exquisite structures,and rich connotations,reflecting the skill level and aesthetic taste of ancient Chinese craftsmen.The digital organization and construction of joinery works can help protect and showcase these precious cultural relics and heritage.The ceiling caisson in the Shakya ManiHall of Jingtu Temple in Yingxian County,Shanxi Province is one of the joinery works with the highest level and the best technology among the ancient architectural relics,which is of great significance to the study of the technological structure and cultural connotation of the ancient joinery works.The article takes the digitalization of the ceiling of Jingtu Temple as an example to explore the technical process of outdoor collection and indoor processing of portable 3D laser scanner digitization.It analyzes the technical shortcomings of portable scanner in the digitalization of joinery works,and based on the analysis of close-range photogrammetry technology,explores the possibility of compensating for the shortcomings of portable laser scanner,thereby optimizing the technical method of using portable laser scanner for joinery works digitization.
