摘 要:文章以非遗风筝的协同发展为例,梳理了京津冀地区非遗风筝文化的历史背景和现状,并结合三地非遗风筝文旅发展的案例分析了三地在推动非遗文化协同发展过程中的实践。接着文章基于文化菱形理论,剖析非遗风筝文化传承机制中各结点和结点间闭合路径间的关系,提出的一系列推动京津冀地区非遗文化协同发展的策略展示了四个核心方面--文化创意、生产、传播和消费的协同效应,做到统筹布局,又做到重点突出。Taking the synergistic development of non-heritage kites as an example,the article combs through the historical background and current situation of non-heritage kite culture in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and analyses the practice of the three places in promoting the synergistic development of non-heritage culture in the process of non-heritage cultural development in the light of the cases of non-heritage kite culture and tourism development in the three places.Then the article is based on the theory of cultural rhombus,analysing the relationship between the nodes and the closed paths between the nodes in the mechanism of the transmission of non-heritage kite culture,and proposing a series of strategies to promote the synergistic development of non-heritage culture in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region demonstrating the synergistic effect of the four core aspects-cultural creativity,production,dissemination and consumption-to achieve a coordinated layout and yet Focused.
