苏南地区女大学生体型分析及上装原型优化

摘　　要：随着人们对服装合体性和舒适性的关注逐渐提高,现有国家标准中女子体型分类难以满足特定人群服装设计与生产的需要。通过非接触式三维人体测量和手工测量相结合的方式,采集18-23周岁苏南地区女大学生11项人体特征尺寸数据,并运用SPSS统计软件对数据进行描述性统计分析、相关性分析、因子分析和K均值聚类分析,将苏南女大学生上体体型细分为4类,并通过对各分类体型测量部位的进一步计算,从而得到中间体的体型数据。最后运用Clo3D软件对中间体体型的原型样板进行虚拟试穿实验,来验证实验原型的可行性。As people's concern for clothing fit and comfort gradually increases,the existing national standards for women's body size classification can hardly meet the needs of clothing design and production for specific groups of people.Through the combination of non-contact three-dimensional anthropometric measurements and manual measurements,the data of 11 human characteristic dimensions of female college students aged 18-23 years old in Southern Jiangsu Province were collected,and the data were analysed with descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,factor analysis and K-mean clustering analysis by using the SPSS statistical software to subdivided the upper-body body shapes of female college students in Southern Jiangsu Province into four categories,and through the further measurement parts of the body shapes of each classification calculation,so as to obtain the body type data of the intermediates.Finally,Clo3D software was used to conduct virtual fitting experiments on the prototype samples of the intermediate body types to verify the feasibility of the experimental prototypes.
