摘  要:劳动价值观包括劳动意义观、劳动目的观、劳动态度观、劳动审美观和劳动公平观五大维度。学校、家庭与社会是培育大学生劳动价值观的三大载体。大学生劳动价值观评价指标体系构建要基于以上五大维度和三大载体进行科学设计。调查分析发现,大学生劳动价值观在五大维度上达到了较高的水平,但存在不平衡性,也还有较大的提升空间;大学生劳动价值观教育在三大载体上的整体表现较好,但水平有差异,不少问题有待解决。学校、家庭与社会三位一体协同培育模式构建能有效推动大学生劳动价值观培育水平提升。The labor values include five dimensions:labor meaning,labor purpose,labor attitude,labor aesthetics,and labor fairness.College,family,and society are the three major carriers for cultivating college students’labor values.The construction of the evaluation index system for college students’labor values should be scientifically designed based on the five dimensions and three carriers mentioned above.The investigation and analysis found that the labor values of college students have reached a high level in the five dimensions,but there is still an imbalance and significant room for improvement;the overall performance of labor values education for college students is good on the three major carriers,but there are differences in the level,and many problems need to be solved.The construction of a three-in-one collaborative cultivation model between schools,families,and society can effectively promote the improvement of the cultivation level of labor values among college students.
