摘　　要：兰炭作为1种的新型碳素材料,具有固定碳高、比电阻高、化学活性高、耐高温性能优异、导电性和导热性良好等特点,被广泛应用于众多领域,因而研究和总结我国兰炭的应用现状与研究发展趋势具有重要意义。对近年我国兰炭的应用进行总结分析,阐述兰炭在各个领域的应用特点,具体探讨其在清洁燃料、气化制合成气、冶金化工、催化及吸附等领域的应用现状,针对兰炭在各领域应用过程中的优缺点进行分析,并从国家及行业政策支持、加强兰炭产业提升与加快长远规划、优质原料煤的可替代性研究、兰炭与其他燃料掺烧改性技术研究、兰炭产业标准建立研究等方面探讨兰炭的研究发展趋势。兰炭已成为电石、煤焦油加氢、发电、钢铁等产业的重要原料,并已广泛应用于各工业领域。今后应重点关注按需生产兰炭、优质原料煤的可替代性研究、兰炭改性技术研究、兰炭作为原料生产活性炭的技术研究及产业标准体系建立等方向。Blue-coke as a new type of carbon material,which has the characteristics of high fixed carbon,high specific resistance,high chemical activity,excellent high temperature resistance,good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,etc.,is widely used in many fields,so it is of great significance to study and summarize the application status and research development trend of Blue-coke in China.In recent years,the application of China’s blue-coke is summarized and analyzed.The application characteristics of blue-coke in various fields are expounded,and the application status quo in clean fuel,gasification to syngas,metallurgy and chemical industry,catalysis and adsorption are specifically discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of blue-coke in the application process are analyzed.From aspects such as support form national and industry policies,strengthening the upgrading of the blue-coke industry and accelerating long-term planning,research on the substitutability of high-quality raw coal,research on co-firing modification technology of blue-coke and other fuels,research on the establishment of industrial standards for blue-coke,research and development trends of blue-coke are discussed.Blue-coke has become an important raw material for calcium carbide,coal tar hydrogenation,power generation,steel and other industries,and has been widely used in various industrial fields.In the future,we should focus on on-demand production of blue-coke,research on the substitutability of high-quality raw coal,research on modification technology of blue-coke,research on the technology of using blue-coke as raw material to produce activated carbon and the establishment of industry standard system.
