谷维素联合芬吗通对围绝经期综合征患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨谷维素联合芬吗通对围绝经期综合征(PMS)患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月福建省厦门市集美区灌口医院妇产科门诊就诊的80例PMS患者作为研究对象,按双色球盲盒法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予芬吗通治疗,观察组给予谷维素联合芬吗通治疗,比较2组临床疗效和安全性,比较2组治疗前后性激素[黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平、神经递质[多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]水平和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表]变化。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组LH、FSH水平和PSQI评分均明显下降(均P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降幅更大(P<0.05);2组E 2、DA、5-HT、NE水平均明显上升(均P<0.05),且观察组较对照组涨幅更大(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:谷维素联合芬吗通治疗PMS可有效提高治疗效果,并有助于调节性激素水平和神经递质水平,对患者睡眠质量有明显改善作用,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of combination therapy of oryzanol and Femoston on sleep quality of patients with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods:A total of 80 PMS patients diagnosed and treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Guankou Hospital,Jimei District,Xiamen,Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the numerical envelope method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fenpropafenone,while the observation group was treated with a combination of glutamine and fenpropafenone.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared,and the levels of sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],neurotransmitters[dopamine(DA),serotonin(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)],and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale]were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,and PSQI scores in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group showed a greater decrease than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of E 2,DA,5-HT,and NE in two groups significantly increased(P<0.05),and the observation group showed a greater increase than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of oryzanol and Femoston in the treatment of PMS can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and help regulate the levels of sex hormones and neurotransmitters.It has a significant improvement effect on the sleep quality of patients,with good safety.
