情境代入式护理对卵巢囊肿术后患者情绪及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究卵巢囊肿手术患者开展情境代入式的床旁体验护理对睡眠、情绪的改善价值。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年11月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院行手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者88例作为研究对象,按照Excel表随机分为对照组(奇数组)和观察组(偶数组),每组44例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展情境代入式的床旁体验护理。评价2组情绪状态、睡眠质量、卵巢功能。结果:护理后,2组患者SDS、SAS评分较护理前均下降,且观察组上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者PSQI评分较护理前均下降,且观察组上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素较护理前均升高,雌二醇较护理前均下降,且观察组上述指标较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢囊肿手术患者实施情境代入式的床旁体验护理能明显改善负性情绪,提升睡眠质量,促进卵巢功能恢复。Objective:To explore the value of scenario-integrated bedside experiential nursing in improving sleep and emotional states in patients undergoing ovarian cyst surgery.Methods:A total of 88 patients who underwent surgery for ovarian cysts at the Xinglin Branch of First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2022 to November 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(odd-numbered patients)and an observation group(even-numbered patients),with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group underwent scenario-integrated bedside experiential nursing.Emotional states,sleep quality,and ovarian function were assessed in both groups.Results:After nursing intervention,both groups showed a reduction in Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores decreased in both groups post-nursing,with the observation group showing more significant improvement(P<0.05).Additionally,after nursing,both groups exhibited an increase in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels,while estradiol(E2)levels decreased.The observation group showed a more significant improvement in these indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing scenario-integrated bedside experiential nursing for patients undergoing ovarian cyst surgery can significantly reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and promote ovarian function recovery.
