肠道康复护理联合干扰电刺激在卒中患者睡眠障碍及便秘预防护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析在对卒中后便秘预防及睡眠质量的护理中应用肠道康复护理联合干扰电刺激的作用。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年5月于莆田市第五医院就诊且治疗的卒中患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受肠道康复护理联合干扰电刺激,比较2组患者护理前后的排便结果以及睡眠呼吸监测指标。结果:护理前,2组患者的排便结果以及睡眠呼吸监测指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组排便结果以及睡眠呼吸监测指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施肠道康复护理联合干扰电刺激可预防卒中后便秘和睡眠障碍,能保障机体稳定的睡眠进行康复,进一步提高护理质量。Objective:To analyze the role of intestinal rehabilitation nursing combined with interference electrical stimulation in the prevention of constipation and improvement of sleep quality in post-stroke patients.Methods:A total of 82 patients treated at Putian Fifth Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=41)receiving conventional nursing care and the observation group(n=41)receiving intestinal rehabilitation nursing combined with interference electrical stimulation.Bowel movements and sleep breathing monitoring indicators were compared before and after nursing care in both groups.Results:Before nursing care,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of bowel movements and sleep breathing monitoring indicators(P>0.05).After nursing care,the observation group showed significantly better bowel movement outcomes and sleep breathing indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing intestinal rehabilitation nursing combined with interference electrical stimulation can effectively prevent constipation and sleep disorders in post-stroke patients,ensuring stable sleep and aiding in recovery.This approach further improves the quality of nursing care.
