舒适干预方案对阑尾炎手术患者睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察阑尾炎手术患者接受舒适干预方案对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2022年9月至2023年9月厦门大学附属第一医院普外科手术治疗阑尾炎患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受舒适干预方案。评价2组失眠症状、日间嗜睡、睡眠质量、术后恢复指标及疼痛程度。结果:干预后观察组Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)相比对照组降低(P<0.05)。术后24 h、48 h、72 h视觉模拟评分(VAS),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时长较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:阑尾炎手术患者接受舒适干预方案可有效缓解日间嗜睡和失眠症状,改善整体睡眠质量,减轻术后疼痛,从而加快术后康复进程。Objective:To observe the effect of comfort intervention program on sleep in patients undergoing appendectomy.Methods:A total of 94 patients who underwent appendectomy at the Department of General Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=47),receiving routine care,and an observation group(n=47),receiving a comfort intervention program in addition to routine care.Insomnia symptoms,daytime sleepiness,sleep quality,postoperative recovery indicators,and pain levels were assessed in both groups.Results:After the intervention,the Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores at 24,48,and 72 hours post-surgery were also lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Additionally,the time to first bowel movement,time to ambulation,and length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort intervention can effectively reduces daytime sleepiness and insomnia symptoms,improves overall sleep quality,alleviates postoperative pain,and accelerates recovery in patients undergoing appendectomy.
