摘　　要：目的:分析耐药肺结核患者接受医院家庭督导联合强化饮食干预对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院确诊收治的耐药肺结核患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展医院家庭督导联合强化饮食干预。从多导睡眠监测、睡眠质量、自我管理能力、营养状况评价2组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组夜间睡眠效率、总睡眠时间均提高(P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、自我管理能力量表(SMS)、整体营养状况评估表(PG-SGA)均降低(P<0.05)。结论:耐药肺结核患者接受医院家庭督导联合强化饮食干预能明显提高睡眠质量,并增强自我管理能力,改善营养状况。Objective:To analyze the effects of family supervision combined with intensive diet intervention on sleep in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 98 patients diagnosed with drug-resistant tuberculosis in Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to simple randomization method,with an average of 49 cases.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out hospital and family supervision combined with intensive diet intervention.The effects of the two groups were evaluated from polysomnography monitoring,sleep quality,self-management ability,nutrition status.Results:Compared with the control group,the night sleep efficiency and total sleep time of the observation group were increased after intervention(P<0.05).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),self-management ability Scale(SMS)and overall Nutritional status Assessment scale(PG-SGA)were all decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis receiving hospital family supervision combined with intensive dietary intervention can significantly improve sleep quality,enhance self-management ability and improve nutritional status.
