苏黄止咳胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者主观睡眠质量和多导睡眠监测参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)采取苏黄止咳胶囊所体现的价值。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年11月邵武市立医院收治的COPD患者94例作为研究对象,按照双盲法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组采取布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,观察组在此基础联合苏黄止咳胶囊。连续用药1个月,评价2组临床效果及治疗前后肺功能、多导睡眠监测情况、主观睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率比对照组提高更明显(χ^(2)=8.562,P=0.003);观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、FEV 1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠总时间(TST)、睡眠效率(SE)高于对照组,睡眠潜伏期(SL)、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:COPD接受苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗有确切效果,能促进肺功能好转,改善多导睡眠监测指标,提高主观睡眠质量。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Suhuang Zhike capsule in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 94 COPD patients treated at Shaowu Municipal Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 patients in each group in a double-blind trial.The control group was treated with budesonide-formoterol powder inhalation,while the observation group received Suhuang Zhike Capsule in addition to the same treatment.Both groups were treated for one month,and the clinical effects,lung function,polysomnography parameters,and subjective sleep quality were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total efficacy rate in the observation group significantly exceeded that of the control group(χ^(2)=8.562,P=0.003).The observation group showed higher forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1),and FEV 1/FVC ratio compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group exhibited longer total sleep time(TST),higher sleep efficiency(SE),shorter sleep latency(SL),and lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining Suhuang Zhike Capsules with budesonide-formoterol inhalation therapy significantly improves lung function,polysomnography parameters,and subjective sleep quality in COPD patients.
