摘　　要：温立新教授从肝论治不寐,认为不寐的病因病机与肝密切相关。治疗上,采用辨病、辨脉、辨证相结合的方法,注重个体差异,灵活运用中药。针对不同类型的不寐,治疗上有常法和变法之别,对不寐以及一些特殊类型的不寐,如早醒型不寐、围绝经期不寐、顽固性失眠等,均取得良好疗效。Professor WEN Lixin,focusing on the treatment of insomnia from the perspective of the liver in traditional Chinese medicine,believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia are closely related to the liver.In his approach to treatment,he combines the methods of disease differentiation,pulse differentiation,and syndrome differentiation,emphasizing individual differences and flexible application of traditional Chinese medicine.For different types of insomnia,he distinguishes between conventional and modified treatment methods,achieving favorable therapeutic outcomes for insomnia and specific types such as early-morning awakening insomnia,perimenopausal insomnia,and refractory insomnia.After learning from Professor WEN,the author deeply appreciates his unique approach to treating insomnia,providing new insights for clinical practice.Therefore,the author has organized and summarized some of Professor WEN′s experiences in treating insomnia,along with clinical case studies.
