图文式临床护理路径联合睡眠干预对肺癌患者化疗依从性、希望水平及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨图文式临床护理路径联合睡眠干预对肺癌患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月泉州市中医院收治的肺癌(LC)患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予图文式临床护理路径联合睡眠干预,对比2组患者化疗依从性、希望水平、睡眠质量以及护理满意度评分的变化。结果:干预后,观察组化疗依从性(74.35%)高于对照组(53.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组希望水平、护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:图文式临床护理路径联合睡眠干预不仅有利于提高肺癌患者化疗依从性,还可有效提高其希望水平以及护理满意度,改善睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effects of graphic clinical nursing pathway combined with sleep intervention on sleep quality in patients with lung cancer(LC).Methods:A total of 78 patients with LC treated in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and January 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(graphic clinical nursing pathway combined with sleep intervention on basis of control group).The changes of chemotherapy compliance,hope level,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction scores in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,chemotherapy compliance was higher in observation group than control group with statistically significant difference(74.35%vs 53.84%,P<0.05),hope level and score of nursing satisfaction were higher in observation group than control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was lower in observation group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Graphic clinical nursing pathway combined with sleep intervention can not only improve chemotherapy compliance,but also effectively improve hope level,nursing satisfaction and sleep quality in patients with lung cancer.
