摘 要:环己酮作为化学工业的关键中间体,广泛应用于合成材料和精细化学品等领域。其制备主要通过苯的部分加氢和水合反应,其中环己烯水合法备受关注。然而,环己烯水合反应较难,催化剂研发至关重要。早期均相催化剂效果不理想,且存在设备腐蚀问题。非均相催化剂如ZSM-5分子筛和失活的TS-1催化剂在优化的反应条件下展现出了卓越的性能,能够获得高达11.0%的环己醇收率及99.8%的环己醇选择性。在环己烷重整脱氢中,铂系列催化剂备受瞩目,助催化剂如ZnO、Na_(2)O等可调节催化剂表面酸性,降低积碳形成。同时,Pt/黑TiO_(2)光催化剂也表现出高性能,但仍处于实验室阶段。未来需探索更高效、稳定且经济的催化剂制备方法,以提高环己酮生产效率,满足工业需求,推动化学工业发展。Cyclohexanone,a pivotal intermediate in the chemical industry,is extensively utilized in a multitude of fields,including synthetic materials and fine chemicals.The synthesis of cyclohexanone is primarily accomplished through the partial hydrogenation of benzene and a hydration reaction.Among these methods,the cyclohexene hydration approach has garnered significant interest.Nevertheless,the hydration reaction of cyclohexene presents a significant challenge,underscoring the crucial role of catalyst development.The initial homogeneous catalysts were ineffective and prone to corrosion of the equipment.Non-homogeneous catalysts,including ZSM-5 molecular sieve and TS-1 catalyst,demonstrated remarkable performance when subjected to optimized reaction conditions.These catalysts were capable of achieving a cyclohexanol yield of up to 11.0%and a cyclohexanol selectivity of 99.8%.In the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane reforming,platinum series catalysts are highly regarded,and co-catalysts such as zinc oxide and sodium oxide can modulate the surface acidity of the catalysts and reduce the formation of carbon deposits.Meanwhile,Pt/black TiO_(2) photocatalysts have also demonstrated high performance,but remain in the laboratory stage.In the future,the exploration of more efficient,stable,and economical catalyst preparation methods is necessary to improve the efficiency of cyclohexanone production,meet industrial demand,and promote the development of the chemical industry.
