摘  要:利用威莫斯输气理论公式,结合苏南作业区多年现场经验,开发了一套适合苏南作业区水合物生成预测预警模型,根据模型可实时计算所有管网当前持液现状,根据结果进行不同等级报警提示。同时收集过去6年管线注醇相关数据,采用深度学习算法,建立水合物生成预测模型,智能推送注醇泵行程、频率建议,大大提高了气田生产工作效率。Drawing upon the Weymouth gas transmission theory formula and combining years of field experience in the southern Jiangsu operation area,has developed a predictive and early warning model tailored for hydrate formation in this specific area.This model enables real-time calculations of the current liquid holdup status across the entire pipeline network,triggering alarms of varying levels based on the outcomes.Additionally,by collecting relevant data on methanol injection in pipelines over the past six years and employing deep learning algorithms,we have established a predictive model for methanol dosage and injection timing.This model intelligently suggests methanol pump strokes and frequencies based on pump parameters,significantly enhancing the productivity and efficiency of gas field operations.
