摘 要:酸洗槽是带钢与酸液发生化学反应的场所,槽体为纯密封结构,内部的实际流动过程十分复杂且难以判定。为了加深对带钢酸洗过程的理解,基于加强带钢表面酸液紊流程度强化酸洗效率的思路,采用计算流体动力学的方法模拟了酸洗槽内部的流场,研究了带钢运行速度、流量分配、泵流量对紊流的影响。结果表明:酸洗槽内部的流动以紊流为主,酸液的流动受侧喷影响突出,安山岩和主喷的影响较小;增大带钢运行速度、侧喷流量比例及泵流量可以在酸洗槽内形成强紊流,有利于提高酸洗效率。The pickling tank is the place where the strip steel reacts with the acid liquor.The tank body is a pure sealed structure,and the ac-tual flow process inside is very complex and difficult to determine.In order to deepen the understanding of the strip steel pickling process,based on the idea of strengthening the turbulence degree of acid solution on the strip steel surface to strengthen the pickling efficiency,this paper simulates the flow field inside the pickling tank using computational fluid dynamics,and studies the flow of acid solution and the influence of strip steel running speed,flow distribution and pump flow on turbulence.The results show that the flow in the pickling tank is mainly turbulent,the flow of acid liquor are mainly affected by side jet,and the influence of andesite and main jet is small;Increasing the running speed of strip steel,the ratio of side jet flow and the pump flow can form strong turbulence in the pickling tank and accelerate the pickling efficiency.
