摘  要:对304不锈钢薄板表面粗糙度Ra与中性盐雾试验(NSS)腐蚀性能的关系进行了研究,进而确定304不锈钢薄板在输配水环境下使用的安全性评价。研究表明,表面粗糙度越大的304不锈钢薄板,表面锈蚀现象出现越早,锈蚀速率明显加快并引发对该型薄板在输配水环境下使用的卫生安全性思考。采用饮用水输配水设备卫生标准检验方法进一步分析得出304不锈钢表面粗糙度Ra越大,在输配水环境下对水质的危害越大。The relationship between the surface roughness Ra of 304 stainless steel sheet and the corrosion performance of neutral salt spray test(NSS)was studied,and then the safety evaluation of 304 stainless steel sheet in water distribution environment was determined.The research shows that the greater the surface roughness of 304 stainless steel sheet,the earlier the surface corrosion phenomenon appears,and the corrosion rate is obviously accelerated,which leads to the health and safety thinking of this type of sheet used in water transmission and distribution environment.Further analysis by using the sanitary standard inspection method of drinking water transmission and distribution equipment shows that the greater the surface roughness Ra of 304 stainless steel,the greater the harm to water quality in the water transmission and distribution environment.
