摘 要:为消除水质总磷测定过程中浊度的干扰,采用离心法、过滤法、补偿法三种方法对消解后浑浊的水样进行处理,对比其空白、检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度等指标,结果表明三种除浊方法均有一定的可操作性,偏差及回收率均在可接受范围内。通过与样品直接显色测定结果对比,发现三种方法均有其局限性,相比之下过滤法具有操作便捷、化学试剂消耗量少、分析高效等优势。In order to eliminate the interference of turbidity in the determination of total phosphorus in water,three methods,namely,centrifugation,filtration and compensation,were used to treat the turbid water samples after digestion,and the results showed that the three turbidity elimination methods were operable,and the deviations and recoveries were within the acceptable range.By comparing the results with the direct colorimetric determination of the samples,it was found that the three methods have their limitations,compared with the filtration method,which has the advantages of convenient operation,low consumption of chemical reagents and high efficiency of analysis.
